1. General Provisions

This website is administered by the Federația de Pentatlon Modern din Republica Moldova (FNPM RM) (hereinafter – the “Federation”).

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website. By visiting or using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the Website

The website is intended to provide information about modern pentathlon in the Republic of Moldova – news, the competition calendar, results, athletes, fan activities and partners of the Federation.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or databases;
• interfere with the operation of the website or spread viruses or other harmful code;
• submit false, misleading or offensive information through the website’s forms.

All content published on the website – texts, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design – belongs to the Federation or is used with the permission of its owners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The content may be viewed and shared for personal, non-commercial purposes, citing the source. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires the prior written consent of the Federation. Partner and sponsor logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Official decisions and results are those approved by the Federation and the relevant competition organizers.

5. Prediction Games and Quizzes

Participation in fan activities organized on the website is governed by separate rules: Prediction Game Rules and Quiz Games Rules. In the event of a conflict, the rules of the specific activity prevail over these Terms and Conditions.

6. External Links and Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to other websites and embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, social networks). The Federation is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of such websites and services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Federation is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it, including technical interruptions, errors or temporary unavailability.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
